  • Delivery times:

    • UK: 2–3 working days once dispatched

    • International: 7–14 working days (may vary by destination)

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Because our products are personalised, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our part.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

  • Non-personalised items (if we ever list any) may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging.
