Can I change my order after placing it?

If you spot a mistake in your personalisation, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once we’ve started printing, we can’t make changes, but if we haven’t begun production yet, we’ll do our best to update it.


How long will my order take?

Personalised products are usually ready to ship within 3–5 working days. After that:

  • UK delivery takes about 2–3 working days.

  • International orders usually arrive within 7–14 working days.


Do you offer rush orders?

Need it quickly? Drop us a message before ordering. If our schedule allows, we’ll let you know if we can prioritise your order.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.


Do you accept returns?

Because our products are personalised, we can’t accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Non-personalised items (if listed) may be returned within 14 days in original condition.


Will my colours match exactly what I see on screen?

We do our best to match, but please note that colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and device settings.


What materials do you use?

We print on high-quality large-format stock, using durable finishes that look great in photos and at your event. Each product description lists the material and size options available.
