Add your wording (for example names, date and venue) in the personalisation box before adding to your basket. We send you a digital proof to check and approve before anything is printed.
Spotted a mistake after ordering? Get in touch as soon as possible – once printing has started we can’t make changes, but if production hasn’t begun we’ll do our best to update it.

Every order is made to order. Personalised products are usually made within 1–3 working days.

Returns
Returns
Because our products are personalised, we can’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our part. If that happens, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
